INVESTIGATION OF FLANAGANS - THE BORDER INN HOTEL October 2007
Located in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, The Border Inn Hotel opened in 1851. It played a key part in the commencement of the first coach services to the Ballarat goldfields and has operated every since. From it's humble beginnings the building has seen the town of Bacchus Marsh grow around it and has been extended and renovated to match the towns needs.

There were a few events considered unusual including the moving anomaly recorded in the pool room, some EMF spikes and PIR movement detections. The events noticed by team members in the cellar were of particular interest and included a "blast of air" across the back of the neck, a feeling of having a camera pulled, being touched on the back and finally being kicked in the shin. The investigation concluded that there were events rated "indicative of possible activity".
